::: The highest governing body of the MIDAS NGO is the Summit or the General Members.

::: During the Summit, the members should select the MIDAS Council /Steering Committee with 9-15 members.

::: The MIDAS Council is the managing body of the MIDAS NGO apart from the Summit.

::: The MIDAS Council selects its President. The President recruits an Executive Director.

::: The Executive Director is responsible for the day-to-day activities of the MIDAS NGO by managing MIDAS secretariat.

::: Currently, MIDAS secretariat has an Executive Director, administrative assistant, International and National volunteers from UNDP and a lawyer.

::: It has also working groups for individual tasks. For example, business group for cooperating with cross border e-job project in order to support the contracted data entry and software development jobs from overseas.
