:: OBJECTIVES: To develop a condition that users of Mongolian cyrillic fonts under Windows System can easily transfer to Unicode based operating system.

:: TARGET GROUP: Mongolian computer users

:: ACTIVITIES:
- -Research on theories about the coding, software, and the conversion of one coding system to another.
- -Make a detail plan for developing software, and software design
- -Cooperate with the working group of the Microsoft company for development of proposal to include Mongolian letters in Windows XP and succeeding Windows versions.
- -Develop conversion software, which will convert Mongolian texts based on DOS866, Windows 1251 to Unicode coding.
- -Develop Mongolian fonts according to the standard of Unicode format.
- -Cooperate and solve issues with organizations and individuals who are involved.

:: EXPECTED OUTPUTS:
F Develop conversion software, which will convert Mongolian texts based on DOS866, Windows 1251 to Unicode coding. Organize a campaign for using the conversion software.
F Develop Mongolian fonts according to the standard of the Unicode format.
F Provide proposals to a working group of the Microsoft Windows XP to include Mongolian fonts according to accurate data format.
