:: DISTANCE TRAINING SYSTEM

:: DURATION: 4 months
:: OBJECTIVES: To develop a web-based distance training. The objective can be further carried out by obtaining profession(s) through the web and increasing the educational level of the people.

::ACTIVITIES:
- -Research opportunities of using distance training in institutions/ trainingorganizations
- -Organize meeting and consultation among professional organizations
- -Make a plan for the development of software
- -Develop a system analysis and design of software
- -Establish a training database in partnership with other institutions
- -Encode training system software
- -Upload the training system to the server
- -Testing the system
- -Organize a training for using the system
- -Advertise the importance of long distance training to organizations which engage training activities and education service
- -Organize meeting and seminars among the project participators, improve an informational system's structure for the long distance training

::OUTPUTS:
- -Improve quantity of educational institutions engaging long distance training.
- -Increase in quantity of students and pupils who are involved in long distance training.
- -Increase quantity of professionals involve in long distance training
- -Establish a long distance training database
- -Develop a long distance training procedure including examination's result/score
- -Increase quantity of Web visitors in the educational system

Above indicators may be given a "0" (zero) value if there are no any actions or improvements. The training quality and fulfillment will be evaluated by examination's result in one school year. This result doesn't fully depend on system's activity. At the first stage, professionals will test the project by building special teams in some universities and those teams will conduct an official distance training in the Finance & Economic Institute and will test Theory of Economics, Accounting. Computer Science and Management School will test Computer Graphics while Management Department will test Basic Management. Mongolian Farmer's Institution will test basic knowledge of a farmer.
