The highest governing body
of the MIDAS NGO is the Summit or the General
Members.
During
the Summit, the members should select the MIDAS
Council /Steering Committee with 9-15 members.
The MIDAS
Council is the managing body of the MIDAS NGO apart
from the Summit.
The MIDAS
Council selects its President. The President recruits
an Executive Director.
The Executive
Director is responsible for the day-to-day activities
of the MIDAS NGO by managing MIDAS secretariat.
Currently,
MIDAS secretariat has an Executive Director, administrative
assistant, International and National volunteers
from UNDP and a lawyer.
It has
also working groups for individual tasks. For example,
business group for cooperating with cross border
e-job project in order to support the contracted
data entry and software development jobs from overseas.
